We are seeking a energetic and performance-driven Sales Manager -Security & Surveillance to drive business growth within the DuraVision vertical, with a focus on Security & Surveillance and Air Traffic Control (ATC) sectors.
This is a strategic growth role requiring ownership of the South India market.
Role & responsibilities:
1) Business Development & Market Expansion: Drive business development, recent business opportunities in Security, Surveillance and ATC sectors (DuraVision vertical) across South India. Build relationships with system integrators, consultants, airport authorities, command centers, and government agencies.
2) Sales Strategy & Regional Planning: Develop and execute a structured regional sales strategy aligned with national objectives. Create actionable business plans to penetrate high-potential markets.
3) Client Relationship & Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Conduct regular client meetings and field visits across the region. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
4) Product Expertise & Solution Selling: Develop in-depth knowledge of DuraVision product portfolio, including Security & surveillance monitors, Control room display systems, Air traffic control displays, etc. Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and solution-based consultations.
5) Product Positioning & Application Mapping: Tailor product recommendations based on vertical-specific requirements under categories of Control rooms, Maritime environments, Surveillance centers, Airport ATC towers, etc. Communicate value propositions emphasizing durability, reliability, and precision.
Preferred candidate profile: 4+years of experience in:
Enterprise sales
Technology solutions
Display systems / control room solutions / security technology
Robust consultative and solution-selling skills.
Ability to manage long sales cycles and high-value deals.
