- Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure proposals meet client expectations. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on material costs and industry trends.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive rates. Documentation: Create and maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and contracts. Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, including timelines and payment schedules. Project Analysis:
- Review and assess project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
