Interior Quantity Surveyor Bangalore Rural

Palaith is Hiring for the QS position and they are responsible for calculating the costs associated with interior design projects, including materials, labor, and overhead. This role requires a keen eye for detail, solid analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of interior construction and design processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior projects. Analyze project plans and specifications to identify necessary materials and labor.

Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, and contractors to gather necessary project information. Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure proposals meet client expectations.

Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on material costs and industry trends. Negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive rates.

Documentation: Create and maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and contracts.

Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, including timelines and payment schedules.

Project Analysis: Review and assess project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Monitor project costs throughout the implementation phase, adjusting estimates as necessary.
