You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the production to ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability. Job Duties:
· Plan and coordinate the production schedules and activities to meet customer orders and deadlines
· Monitor and control the production processes and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
· Supervise and evaluate the performance of production staff and provide feedback and training as needed
· Manage the procurement of raw materials, supplies, and equipment from reliable and cost-effective sources
· Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers and vendors and maintain good relationships with them
· Maintain accurate records of production and procurement data and prepare reports for management
· Identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise in the production and procurement processes
· Implement and improve production and procurement policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
· Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective operations Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology, engineering, or related field
· Minimum 5 years of experience in production and procurement management in the shrimp processing industry
· Knowledge of shrimp processing techniques, quality standards, and safety regulations
· Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
· Robust problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
