With advanced engineering capabilities, world-class manufacturing facilities, and a strong culture of innovation and growth, we provide an environment where talented professionals canbuild impactful and rewarding careers.We are currently hiring for the position of: Mechanical Design Engineer (Level 1/2/3) Locations: Vadodara / Hyderabad / Delhi Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM Working Days: Monday to Friday Website: https:/// Key Responsibilities Apply mechanics, strength of materials, thermal and vibration analysis for optimized transformer mechanical designsDevelop accurate design drawings using CAD tools Prepare detailed BOMs for materials and accessories Review and validate mechanical designs for specification compliance Support and guide junior engineers and technicians Ensure timely completion of design activities as per project schedules Work on standard oil-type transformer designs and related engineering activitiesDesired Profile✅ Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering ✅ 2 to 12 years of relevant experience ✅ Experience in Transformer / Power Transformer Mechanical Design preferred ✅ Knowledge of CAD tools, thermal analysis, vibration analysis, and material properties ✅ Strong understanding offabrication drawings, structure design, and BOM generationAt Virginia-Georgia Transformer, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
