Job Summa ryThe Pastry & Fondant Chef will be responsible for producing high-quality pastries, desserts, and fondant-based designer cakes for the commissary kitchen. This role involves hands-on preparation, finishing, and decoration of bakery items while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and brand standards. The chef will manage daily production, support custom cake orders, and ensure smooth coordination with outlet team s. Roles & Responsibilit
