Software Team Lead - C++/Qt Development (New Delhi)

We are seeking an experienced Software Team Lead with robust expertise in C++ and Qt to lead the development of enterprise-grade applications. Based onsite in New Delhi, this is a permanent role where you will guide a team through the complete software development lifecycle while ensuring technical excellence, performance, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to a team of software engineers.
- Design and architect complex, scalable enterprise applications using C++ and Qt.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies.
- Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle from concept, design, and development to testing and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, debug complex issues, and optimize application performance.
- Manage project timelines, task allocation, and resource planning.
- Stay current with advancements in C++, Qt, and related technologies to drive continuous improvement. Requirements
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in C++ software development.
- Proven experience leading development teams in enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in C++ and the Qt framework.
- Solid understanding of design patterns, multithreading, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, databases, and network programming.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cross-platform application development using Qt.
- Robust background in GUI-based application development.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with performance profiling and testing frameworks.
