Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of SAP or ERP systems would be a strong advantage.

What are we expecting from you? Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of sales administration and operational processes across the market Coordinate logistics movements and ensure full compliance with Maison and Group procedures Drive continuous improvement of operational workflows in collaboration with internal stakeholders Manage SAP-related activities and contribute to optimizing system usage and processes Support client services, after-sales activities, and boutique operations to ensure excellence in execution Contribute to reporting, analysis, and cross-functional alignment within the region
