Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Members to join our team. As a Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily operations of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages efficiently Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area Handle cash/POS transactions responsibly Ensure proper display and stocking of products Follow company policies, safety, and hygiene standards Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements: Valuable communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of customer service Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in restaurants, cafés, or retail is a plus Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
