Role & responsibilities Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile

tracking for all shipments. Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a team of 24 Courier Account Managers,

ensuring they meet daily performance targets and maintain vendor discipline. Appointment Adherence: Take full ownership of appointment-based deliveries to

Quick Commerce and Modern Trade warehouses, ensuring zero slot misses. Software Management: Utilize and maintain our internal operations software for

real-time tracking and data entry (Full training provided). Data Analysis: Use Excel/Google Sheets to analyze daily performance metrics,

identify bottlenecks, and share actionable insights with leadership. Vendor Compliance: Ensure all courier partners strictly adhere to negotiated SLAs

and E-way bill requirements. Issue Resolution: Act as the final escalation point for operational roadblocks,

resolving issues with a "calm in the chaos" approach. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 2- 5 years in logistics or courier operations. Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) to manage and interpret operational data. Communication: Robust verbal and written communication skills to coordinate
