Plant Maintenance Manager - Utilities (Delhi)

Position: Plant Maintenance Manager
- Utilities Location : Kenya, East Africa Experience Required : 12+ years of experience in maintenance management within the continuous process manufacturing industry or glass industry.

Qualification Required : B E. /B Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering (or a related field).

Roles and Responsibilities: Must have experience with Utility maintenance, Plant maintenance, Machine Maintenance.

Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance strategies to ensure maximum equipment uptime.

Expertise in handling Low Pressure & High Pressure compressors Expertise in Pneumatic & Conveyor Systems Expertise in handling RO Water systems Experience in root cause analysis (RCA) and problem-solving techniques.

Manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and optimize spare parts inventory.

Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure high-quality maintenance support, Oversee AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for critical equipment.

Lead and mentor a team of maintenance supervisors and technicians.
