Project Planning & Management:
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
In office Supervision:
Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, codes, and regulations.
Manage subcontractors and construction crews, ensuring quality and timely completion of work.
Identify and address potential problems or delays proactively.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Maintain transparent and effective communication with all stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Manage change orders and ensure they are implemented efficiently.
Budget & Cost Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects stay within allocated costs.
Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
Track project expenses and identify potential cost overruns.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and complies with relevant codes and regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
