Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Representative role based in New Delhi. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with orders, resolve queries, and provide information about menu items, offers, and services. The role includes recording customer details accurately in the system, coordinating with outlets for order fulfillment, and following up on pending issues. The representative will maintain a courteous, professional tone, work with team members to ensure timely responses, and escalate complex concerns to supervisors when needed. The position also involves meeting call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction targets. Qualifications Proven experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Service Representative or Call Center Representative. Solid focus on Customer Satisfaction and the ability to handle complaints and feedback constructively. Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and a calm, professional demeanor. Customer Support capabilities, including managing high call volumes, resolving issues efficiently, and documenting interactions accurately. Basic Computer Literacy, including familiarity with call center software, order management systems, and email or chat tools.
