What You’ll Work On Depending on your interests and strengths, projects may involve:
• AI models for cognitive and physiological signals
• Time-series and multimodal learning systems
• Novel feature engineering and signal representations
• Deep learning architectures for noisy real-world data
• Adaptive and real-time inference systems
• Mathematical and statistical modeling approaches
• Signal robustness and quality enhancement
• Experimental AI systems for human-state interpretation Some projects may involve EEG and neuroscience applications, while others may focus more broadly on AI, mathematical modeling, and intelligent signal interpretation. Core Responsibilities
• Design and prototype machine learning and deep learning systems
• Explore innovative approaches for challenging signal and AI problems
• Read, evaluate, and implement recent research literature
• Develop experimental pipelines and rapidly iterate on ideas
• Analyze model failures and improve system robustness
• Contribute original technical ideas and research directions
• Collaborate across research, engineering, and application teams
• Work effectively in fast-paced and evolving startup environments Required Qualifications
• Robust foundation in one or more of the following:
- Machine Learning
- Deep Learning
- Mathematics & Statistics
- Signal Processing
- Optimization
- Pattern Recognition
- AI Research
• Strong programming ability in Python
• Experience with one or more frameworks/tools such as:
- PyTorch
- TensorFlow
- JAX
- Scientific computing ecosystems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to independently learn and work across unfamiliar technical domains Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory) Experience in any of the following areas is a solid plus:
• EEG, biosignals, neuroscience, or physiological data analysis

• Attention mechanisms, transformers, RNNs, or graph-based models
• Handling noisy real-world datasets
• Research publications, patents, open-source contributions, or experimental projects
