Sr Software Application Development Engineer (Delhi)

Role & responsibilities
- Technical Execution: Design, implementation, and integration of new software solutions/features, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Robust interaction & collaboration between cross cultural teams.
- Ensure SW quality and successful quality gates along with test automation team
- Refactoring and comprehensive documentation of the existing codebase to enhance maintainability and testability.
- Mentoring software development engineers
- Debugging, bug fixing and maintenance based on customer problem reports or onsite support the Engineering team, on need basis, related to solutions to customers.
- Ensuring Customer satisfaction through Quality, on-time delivery & support. Preferred candidate profile
- BE/BTech in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication or equivalent.
- Proficiency in C++, C#, Python, PyQT, WPF framework
- Experience in working with PostgreSQL or equivalent
- Deep understanding of the OSI model, specifically TCP/IP, UDP, socket programming, and handling asynchronous network I/O.
- Proven work experience of 5+ years
- Well-versed in object-oriented programming
- Skilled in debugging techniques
- Experienced in the usage of test frameworks and the creation of unit tests
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Independent, goal-oriented working style
- Ability to adapt another programming language is an added advantage
