About CoPlay: CoPlay (powered by Hudle) is a community first brand that operates 40+ premium sports facilities across the country. We want to build the biggest and the most loved sports community brand and aim to build and operate 100+ sports facilities/clubs across the country over the next few years. Role Description This is a full-time in office role for a Junior Designer & Video Editor, based in New Delhi. We’re looking for a Junior Designer excited about sports, internet culture, branding, and visual storytelling, someone who can help us make CoPlay look fresh, premium, energetic, and community-first across every touchpoint. Experience: 0-2 years What You’ll Do: Design social media creatives, posters, stories, reels covers, and campaign assets Support branding across tournaments, leagues, events, merchandise, and venues Create layouts for presentations, flyers, standees, hoardings, and digital screens Assist in building visual systems for different CoPlay properties and IPs Work closely with marketing, content, and community teams on fast-turnaround creatives Help maintain consistency across typography, color systems, illustration styles, and brand language Contribute ideas for campaigns, shoots, sports culture content, and visual storytelling Occasionally assist with motion graphics, mockups, and AI-assisted creative workflows What We’re Looking For 0–2 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication Strong taste level and understanding of contemporary design trends Good typography, layout, and composition skills Comfortable working across both digital and print formats Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Basic knowledge of After Effects and motion tools is a plus Interest in sports, youth culture, fashion, music, or internet aesthetics Ability to work quickly without compromising design quality A portfolio that shows creativity, versatility, and strong visual thinking Bonus Points If You Illustrate Understand sports culture and branding Can edit short-form content or motion graphics Have experience with event or lifestyle brands Experiment with AI tools in creative workflows CTC: 3.5-4.2 LPA Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mumgo
