Role & responsibilities : 1. IT Infrastructure & Support (Hardware & Software)
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot corporate hardware (servers, desktops, laptops, routers, switches, and printers).
- Oversee software installations, OS updates, licensing compliance, and user access management.
- Provide prompt technical support (L1/L2) to corporate office staff, minimizing downtime. 2. Cybersecurity & Digital Data Protection
- Implement and monitor firewall configurations, anti-virus deployments, and secure VPNs.
- Enforce strict Digital Data Protection policies in compliance with modern data privacy standards to safeguard sensitive corporate data.
- Conduct regular system vulnerability audits, manage secure data backups, and execute disaster recovery plans. 3. AI & Digital Tech Integration (IT-Savvy Innovator)
- Act as the in-house champion for AI-enabled tools, training staff and integrating AI to automate routine tasks and enhance productivity.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/Google Workspace) and collaborate on digital transformation initiatives. 4. Graphics & Creative Design
- Utilize graphic design tools to create high-quality internal and external digital assets (e.g., corporate presentations, newsletters, social media banners, and website graphics).
- Maintain and update the company's digital media library. Preferred candidate profile Technical Proficiency:
* Deep understanding of Windows/Mac OS, networking protocols, and cloud computing.
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity frameworks and data encryption tools.
- AI Mastery: Demonstrated familiarity with generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Copilot) for automation, coding assistance, or content creation.
- Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or advanced Canva for professional corporate design.
