Campus Ambassador - Community Manager (Delhi)

The Country Wide Community Manager will lead the growth, structure, and expansion of the Youth:Ink Campus Community Ambassador (CCA) network across India. This is a leadership-heavy role for someone who deeply understands Gen Z and Gen Alpha behaviour, youth communities, campus culture, internet culture, and offline engagement ecosystems. The ideal candidate should be able to build communities at scale, mentor teams, execute large-format campus programs, and create systems that make the Youth:Ink CCA ecosystem aspirational, engaging, and culture-first. This role will directly lead cluster managers across regions and work closely with senior leadership to drive nationwide growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities Community Expansion & Growth Expand the Youth:Ink CCA network across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in India Build strong penetration across top colleges and youth communities Create scalable frameworks for onboarding, retention, engagement, and progression within the community CCA Charter & Community Building Rebuild and strengthen the Youth:Ink CCA charter with layered, gamified structures and progression systems Develop cutting-edge community engagement formats that increase participation and loyalty Ensure the community remains culturally relevant, aspirational, and youth-first Offline Engagement & Activations Ideate, plan, and execute offline community activities, campus engagements, workshops, networking events, and youth-led initiatives Build high-energy, meaningful experiences that strengthen community participation and brand affinity Identify large-scale youth-focused opportunities, festivals, cultural moments, and partnerships for Youth:Ink and Chtrbox to participate in Team Leadership & Management Build, lead, and mentor a team of cluster managers across regions Create operational systems, reporting structures, and execution frameworks for scale Train and mentor cluster managers to improve ownership, leadership, and execution quality Client Servicing & Program Execution Execute CCA and youth community programs for key accounts at Chtrbox Work cross-functionally with internal teams including strategy, servicing, operations, and creator teams Ensure smooth execution, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence across programs Strategic Planning & Reporting Work closely with senior leadership to map quarterly growth plans, KPIs, KRAs, and expansion targets Track community health metrics, engagement, retention, and growth performance Present expansion plans, execution updates, and strategic recommendations to leadership stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field 4+ years of experience in youth marketing, campus marketing, creator ecosystems, or community building Prior experience working as a Campus Ambassador or leading campus-led initiatives Experience managing and mentoring at least 3+ full-time team members Strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills Experience in client servicing and stakeholder management Strong execution and operational management capabilities Proven experience organizing community events, campus activities, or youth engagement initiatives We’re looking for someone who: Naturally understands youth culture, internet behavior, and student ecosystems Can build communities that feel exciting, aspirational, and culturally relevant Is both highly strategic and execution-focused Enjoys working on-ground and building relationships with students and communities Can balance structure, systems, creativity, and scale Thrives in fast-paced environments and takes strong ownership Preferred Skills Strong networking and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple cities and large-scale operations simultaneously Experience with gamification, community retention strategies, and youth engagement frameworks Strong understanding of Gen Z and Gen Alpha trends, behaviors, and digital culture Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mvcid
