Job Description

As an English Speaking Host, you will lead live discussion sessions where members can practice English through interactive conversations. Hosts guide discussions, encourage participants to share ideas, and help create an engaging and supportive learning setting.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people from different cultures and facilitating meaningful conversations in English.

Responsibilities

Host live English-speaking discussion sessions and interactive events Lead conversations around practical and engaging topics (culture, lifestyle, business, technology, career, etc.) Create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for learners of different levels Maintain consistent event hosting schedules Support community engagement by inspiring members to participate regularly Collaborate with the Fondi team to improve event quality and community experience

Requirements
