Aumnatic partners with major toy manufacturers across India, reflecting its rapid growth and impact in the space.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves overseeing procurement activities, developing effective supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, managing procurement strategies, and ensuring cost-effective and reliable sourcing. The Procurement Manager will also assess supplier capabilities, monitor performance, and handle contract management processes while aligning with organizational goals and compliance requirements.Qualifications Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and ability to assess and onboard reliable suppliers Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and managing vendor communication Expertise in Procurement processes and practices Experience in Contract Management, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring adherence to termsHighly developed Analytical Skills for assessing vendor performance, market trends, and cost optimization Proven ability to manage timelines, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree with exposure in procurement or supply Chain Management, Prior experience in the electronics or manufacturing industry is preferred
