YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES •Contribute to the daily operations of the IKEA Food areas (Restaurant, Bistro, Kitchen, or Swedish Food Market). •Act on customer feedback and continuouslylook for ways to improve the food experience.•Ensure global and national compliance and food safety standards are implemented and maintained at all times. •Act as a brand ambassador for IKEA and IKEA Retail Food, promoting a safe, healthy, sustainable, and joyful food experience. •Support and apply retail foundations and sales steeringtools to optimize sales and commercial results.•Work proactively to exceed customer expectations and create a welcoming, efficient environment. •Contribute to the unit business plan and IKEA Retail Food goals by supporting daily operations and teamwork. •Take responsibility for your own learning and development, and contribute to building a high-performing team.•Support IKEA's sustainability goals by reducing waste, improving efficiency, and promoting environmentally friendly practices.
