We are looking for a motivated Operations Manager to support daily vehicle placements and supplier coordination. Key Responsibilities Manage daily vehicle placements , targeting consistent and timely execution.Coordinate with fleet owners and drivers to ensure smooth operations. Negotiate rates while aligning with company policies and margins. Maintain and update route-wise and vehicle-wise rate intelligence . Handle operational coordination and resolve day-to-day issues professionally. Follow company SOPs and communication standards at all times.Qualifications&Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in traffic management, logistics operations, or brokerage. Working knowledge of vehicle types, routes, and market rates. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
