JOB DESCRIPTION

Keep the bar area clean in accordance with the company s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department.

Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes outlined in the company manual to keep drink costs at a minimum.

Planning drink menus and informing customers about current beverages and specials.

Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.

Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the bar and tables are well-stocked.

Adhering to all quality regulations.

Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.

Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation.

Hands-on experience in Coffee Art.

Follow health and safety guidelines.

Adhere to recipes and presentations of beverage items.

Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance

Contribute to a positive team environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Positive, engaging personality, and qualified appearance.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Robust task and time management abilities.

Eye for detail and understanding of drink-mixing tools and techniques.
