Software Developer (Delhi)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain communication software solutions in the radio communication domain. The role involves building real-time, mission-critical applications, backend systems, and integrating software with communication networks and infrastructure. Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain communication software applications.
- Build and enhance real-time communication systems for voice and data exchange.
- Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and system components.
- Work on network communication (TCP/IP, UDP, sockets) and real-time data processing.
- Implement features such as: 1. Group communication & call management 2. Emergency alerts & priority messaging 3. Location tracking & monitoring 4. Data logging and recording
- Collaborate with networking, hardware, and cross-functional teams.
- Optimize system performance for low latency, high availability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
- Maintain proper documentation and support deployment activities. Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of software development experience.
- Mandatory: Strong proficiency in Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs)
- Solid experience with: 1. Multi-threading and concurrency 2. Networking concepts (TCP/IP, UDP, sockets)
- Experience in real-time or communication-based systems.
- Knowledge of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL or similar).
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments. Additional / Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of other programming languages such as C++ or Python will be an added advantage
- Understanding of radio communication protocols and standards
- Knowledge of real-time communication technologies (VoIP, streaming protocols)
- Experience with control room or monitoring applications
