Your Role and Impact Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. - Lead and develop a high performing recruitment team while driving end-to-end talent acquisition excellence.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, crafting innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Forge robust partnerships with hiring managers to deeply understand departmental goals and talent needs.
- Enhance candidate experience through meticulous management and advocacy, ensuring ERM stands out as an employer of choice.
- Leverage advanced ATS (preferably Workday) to streamline recruitment processes and maintain rigorous compliance and reporting standards. What We Offer

- BA/BS degree or equivalent with at least 10+ years of experience in technical or sales operations recruiting.
- Strong understanding of the environmental, sustainability, or relevant industrial sectors (IT/Finance/HR/Consulting).
- Exceptional reporting organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and comprehensive Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday &/or GEM preferred).
