The Role: Assistant Manager, Client Servicing & Influencer Outreach

You will support and help manage client relationships across some of our key accounts, contributing to the seamless execution of creator-led campaigns. This is an ideal role for someone who can blend strategic thinking with executional excellence, and has a passion for culture, content, and a strong understanding of the creator ecosystem.

Key Responsibility Areas

Support client-facing interactions and help manage relationships with key stakeholders, building trust and ensuring smooth communication. Assist in translating client objectives into campaign roadmaps
- contributing to ideation, concept and strategy decks, creator outreach, content dissemination, and reporting. Take ownership of assigned campaigns (both paid and organic) and drive them end-to-end with minimal supervision. Help cultivate and maintain relationships with creators/KOLs, and support ongoing communication throughout always-on organic engagements and paid collaborations. Work closely with the Influencer Outreach team coordinating across workstreams. Assist in managing negotiations, contracts, and campaign terms with creators/KOLs. Support tracking and reporting efforts, and help maintain client reporting hygiene. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to contribute to strategic conversations. Proactively flag opportunities for high-impact collaborations and contribute ideas for client growth.

Requirements

3-4 years of experience in client servicing in the Influencer Management / PR ecosystem (agency-side experience preferred). Hands-on experience supporting or managing influencer-led campaigns. Good communication, presentation, and client-handling skills, with a willingness to grow into senior stakeholder management. A motivated self-starter, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with digital content trends, new-age platforms, and creator ecosystems. Prior exposure to automobile brands is a plus.
