The candidate will be responsible for monitoring brand mentions, responding to customer reviews, handling online feedback, and maintaining a positive brand image. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage online reviews, ratings, and customer feedback across platforms. Respond to customer queries, complaints, and reviews in a professional and timely manner. Track brand mentions on social media, forums, and review websites. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively. Create and maintain ORM reports and performance trackers. Identify negative content and work on reputation recovery strategies. Ensure brand communication aligns with company standards and tone. Support digital marketing and social media activities when required. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in ORM, customer support, digital marketing, or related profile. Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Understanding of social media platforms, review management, and customer handling. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online engagement tools is preferred. Ability to work under pressure and handle escalations professionally. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools. Preferred Skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude and customer-centric approach. Attention to detail and quick response management.
