Associate/Executive/Consultant- Distributed RE (New Delhi)

Executive – Decentralized Renewable Energy (DRE) Location: New Delhi (Full time) Experience: 0–3 Years

Key Responsibilities
• Support research on DRE policies, regulations, and market developments.
• Assist in preparing reports, policy briefs, presentations, and knowledge products.
• Coordinate with government agencies, member companies, and development partners.
• Support organization of workshops, consultations, and industry events.
• Monitor developments in rooftop solar, solar pumps, mini-grids, livelihood applications, and rural energy access.
• Maintain databases, project trackers, and stakeholder records.
• Assist in project implementation and reporting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Energy Management, Public Policy, Sustainability, Economics, Development Studies, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced policy and industry environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and research tools. Preferred
• Internship, fellowship, or project experience in renewable energy, climate, sustainability, or rural development.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead policy research and regulatory analysis on DRE-related issues.
• Develop policy papers, sector reports, consultation responses, and strategic recommendations.
• Manage stakeholder engagement with government agencies, development organizations, financial institutions, and industry partners.
• Support development and execution of national and state-level DRE programs.
• Coordinate working groups, task forces, and industry consultations.
• Contribute to business development, grant proposals, and partnership initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and interns.
• Represent NSEFI in meetings, conferences, and stakeholder forums.
