Talent Acquisition Executive Delhi

We're looking for a smart, driven Talent Acquisition Associate who can help us scale our team across both full-time and project-based roles. You'll work closely with the founders and play a key role in hiring for internal teams as well as freelancer/contractual roles for LLM training projects.

Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and hire candidates across full-time and freelance/contract roles Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer rollout Create clear, compelling, and role-specific job descriptions Build pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, communities, and unconventional channels Hire for LLM training projects (annotators, domain experts, freelancers, etc.) at scale Coordinate with internal teams to understand evolving hiring needs Manage candidate onboarding for both full time employees and freelancers Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout Maintain hiring trackers and basic recruitment metrics

Requirements: 0–1 year of experience (internships count) Strong communication and people skills Ability to assess candidates for both skill and culture fit High ownership and speed of execution Organized and detail-oriented Proficiency with basic AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for sourcing, screening, and JD creation

What We're Looking For: Smart, resourceful, and proactive Someone who can figure things out and move rapid Solid judgment and ability to write clear, high-quality JDs Comfortable hiring across different role types and seniorities

Bonus (Nice to Have): Experience with LinkedIn and Naukri sourcing / job portals Exposure to startup hiring or high-volume hiring Familiarity with freelance marketplaces or contractor hiring Knowledge of how the AI training/data annotation industry works
