About The Job:

Detail-oriented Automobile Dealership Auditor responsible for conducting comprehensive audits across dealership networks

Evaluate infrastructure, workforce efficiency, and process adherence to ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and operational excellence

Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on audit findings

Essential Job Functions:

Plan and execute audits of automobile dealerships focusing on infrastructure quality, workforce capabilities, and process effectiveness

Assess dealership facilities including showrooms, service bays, inventory storage, and equipment for safety, maintenance, and compliance with prescribed standards

Evaluate workforce skills, staffing levels, training programs, and labor law adherence to identify gaps and improvement areas

Analyze dealership sales and service processes to ensure compliance with defined standards and improve operational efficiency

Review customer handling, service quality, and overall dealership performance against benchmarks

Identify risks, inefficiencies, and non-compliance areas and recommend corrective actions

Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, observations, and improvement suggestions

Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and audit guidelines

Collaborate with internal teams and dealership stakeholders for audit planning and closure

Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and track progress

Maintain documentation and audit records for reference and compliance purposes

Support continuous improvement initiatives across dealership operations
