CRB operates as a center of excellence, driving behavior change among organizations and contributing to a more equitable, sustainable future.Role Overview – Project Officer (Inclusive Growth)The Project Officer will be part of the Inclusive Growth vertical, contributing to programmatic implementation, research, and stakeholder engagement. This role is integral to strengthening the organization’s growing portfolio in sustainability, human rights, and responsible business practices, while ensuring high-quality delivery and effective coordination across projects.Key Responsibilities1. Research, Analysis & ReportingConduct in-depth desk research on sustainability, labour rights, climate, and business & human rightsAnalyse primary and secondary data to develop high-quality reports and knowledge outputsSupport field research activities including planning, data collection, compilation, and interpretationPresent analytical findings in a structured and impactful manner for reports and studiesMaintain systematic documentation and knowledge records for all projects2. Workshops, Events & Stakeholder EngagementSupport in designing strategies, workplans, and agendas for workshops and consultationsCoordinate and execute national/regional workshops, stakeholder consultations, and dialoguesAssist in organizing webinars and virtual engagements, including speaker outreach and content curationFacilitate stakeholder engagement across corporates, government bodies, and civil societyProvide end-to-end support for event execution and post-event reporting3. Project Coordination & ImplementationAssist in end-to-end project implementation ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standardsTrack project progress, outputs, and outcomes against defined indicatorsEnsure compliance with organizational processes and donor requirementsContribute to knowledge management through documentation of learnings, case studies, and best practicesRepresent the organization in external meetings and provide structured internal reportingEligibility Criteria2–5 years of relevant professional experience in sustainability, ESG, labour rights, climate change, or corporate governanceDemonstrated experience in research, analysis, and report writingExposure to working on global value chains and responsible business frameworks is preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced, collaborative environmentStrong stakeholder management and communication capabilitiesQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Social Sciences, Management, Sustainability, or related fieldsStrong research, analytical, and writing skills with attention to detailProficiency in data handling, analysis, and interpretationFamiliarity with due diligence frameworks and business & human rights conceptsUnderstanding of national and international sustainability regulations (including EU frameworks is an advantage)Proactive mindset with innovative thinking and problem-solving approachExcellent written and verbal communication skills Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n5t3a
