We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a globally recognized leader in workplace design and solutions. A premium brand synonymous with research-led design and the future of work. They are looking for their next Managing Director / Head of Sales for India&South Asia. This is not a regional sales manager role with an inflated title. This is the full commercial leadership of a market, P&L ownership, a national sales team across multiple cities, a multi-channel go-to-market spanning enterprise corporate accounts, an authorized dealer network, and the A&D specification channel. You will report into global commercial leadership and have the authority and budget to shape how this brand competes in one of the fastest-growing commercial real estate and workplace markets in the world. The challenge is real. India's corporate workspace sector is in a multi-year expansion, driven by GCC growth, BFSI consolidation, tech sector fit outs, and a fundamental rethinking of how organizations design their offices post-pandemic. The brand, the product portfolio, and the market timing are aligned. What's needed is a commercial leader who can capitalize on all three.We are speaking with: Senior leaders with MD or Country Head-level experience running a full India P&L for a premium B2B brand. Backgrounds in office furniture, commercial interiors, flooring, acoustics, lighting, architectural products, smart buildings, or complex specification-led sales environments are all relevant. Team leadership at scale and a track record of sustained revenue growth are non-negotiable.We are also specifically inviting professionals currently based elsewhere in APAC who are considering a return to India. The compensation structure is designed to be competitive for repatriates, and this is one of the rare India roles worth coming back for. This is a confidential search.
