IT Sales Executive (Goa)

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in IT hardware, peripherals, and networking products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify current business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, marketing) to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the competitive IT infrastructure sales landscape. Job Requirements :
- 5-9 years of experience in IT product sales or related field.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective channel management and relationship building.
- Strong understanding of OEM sales principles and ability to work closely with vendors' technical teams on solution development.
