Role & responsibilities
- To achieve overall assigned monthly target of Motor Insurance business.
- Recruit, build, develop, train the advisors from open market.
- Minimum specific no of advisors to be recruited per month
- Generate business through regular visits, engagement and interactions with agents in the assigned area.
