Production Manager (Goa)

Job Description: Key Responsibilities Production Manager
- Oversee daily operations of the Production Department to ensure smooth, effective, and uninterrupted workflow.
- Plan, implement, and monitor production schedules to achieve organizational targets.
- Review production documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all production-related documentation is maintained as per regulatory and internal requirements.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance support to enhance team capability and efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) on the shop floor.
- Conduct routine audits and inspections to maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and compliance.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) for timely resolution of deviations and implementation of corrective actions.
- Manage day-to-day technical and operational activities of the Production (PRD) department.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production and process-related technical issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Implement measures to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
- Prepare and present production reports, MIS, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for process optimization and operational excellence. Key Skills
