About the Role: We are in search of a highly skilled qualified for our Contracts division. This pivotal role is integral to managing all pre and post contract activities for our prestigious residential luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of contract management, project oversight, and the development of vendor relationships.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
- A minimum of 8+ years for Manager Role demonstrable experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development specifically within the real estate sector.
