Accountant – Pharmaceutical & Surgical Division (Ponda)

Looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage accounting, billing, taxation, and office financial records related to pharmaceutical and surgical products business operations. Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping
- Handle purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements
- Manage GST, TDS, and other accounting-related documentation
- Maintain stock and inventory-related records
- Coordinate with management, suppliers, customers, and CA when required
- Prepare reports in MS Excel and accounting software
- Handle office financial documentation and filing Requirements
- B.Com/ Accounting qualification preferred
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and billing software
- Basic understanding of GST and accounting procedures
- Good communication and record-maintaining skills
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply Preferred Skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical or trading business accounting preferred
- Accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly Candidate should be in and around Ponda Taluka. Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00
