Role & responsibilities 1. Maintaining hardware and software installation and other IT peripherals at the company. 2. Configuring and applying Group policies, maintaining data integrity and security policies. 3. Maintaining firewall policies, antivirus policies and AD policies. 4. Performing preventive maintenance of all IT hardware and Peripherals. 5. Maintaining all software licenses compliances of the company. 6. Maintaining lab server, serialization server and file servers with user department and QA department. 7. Preparing IT related SOPs. 8.
