Accountant – Pharmaceutical & Surgical Division Ponda

Looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage accounting, billing, taxation, and office financial records related to pharmaceutical and surgical products business operations.

Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping Handle purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements Manage GST, TDS, and other accounting-related documentation Maintain stock and inventory-related records Coordinate with management, suppliers, customers, and CA when required Prepare reports in MS Excel and accounting software Handle office financial documentation and filing

Requirements B.Com/ Accounting qualification preferred Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and billing software Basic understanding of GST and accounting procedures Positive communication and record-maintaining skills Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

Preferred Skills Experience in pharmaceutical or trading business accounting preferred Accuracy in data entry and reporting Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly

Candidate should be in and around Ponda Taluka.
