Role & responsibilities To achieve overall assigned monthly target of Motor Insurance business. Recruit, build, develop, train the advisors from open market. Minimum specific no of advisors to be recruited per month Generate business through regular visits, engagement and interactions with agents in the assigned area.
Preferred candidate profile
Require candidates with Field Sales experience in Insurance or BFSI sector Broking & General Insurance background
