- Landscape & Plant Maintenance: Designing, planting, and nurturing gardens, lawns, and greenspaces, including pruning, watering, and soil management.
- Team Leadership: Supervising gardeners and maintenance staff, assigning daily tasks, andconducting training.
- Site Management: Ensuring protected and attractive environments for visitors, often managingirrigation systems and tree health.
- Inventory & Budgeting: Procurement of plants, fertilizers, and equipment; tracking materialsand managing vendor relationships.
- Pest and Disease Control: Identifying, monitoring, and treating plant health issues usingintegrated pest management strategies.
- Project Planning: Preparing seasonal planting schedules, landscape designs, and reports on sitestatus.
