Project Cost Control Engineer (Goa)

Designation: Site Cum Billing Engineer Experience: 3-5 Years Department: Projects / Site Execution Qualification: B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Site Cum Billing Engineer to handle site supervision, quantity verification, billing, documentation, and coordination with contractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure execution as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and workmanship quality.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure work is completed within timelines and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and share progress updates with management.
- Handle site measurements and maintain daily progress reports. Billing & Quantity Work
- Prepare client bills, contractor bills, and vendor bills.
- Verify quantities as per BOQ and actual site measurements.
- Prepare RA bills and final bills.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with accounts and procurement teams for billing approvals.
- Track material consumption and reconciliation. Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain proper site documentation, checklists, and reports.
- Prepare work progress reports and billing summaries.
- Coordinate with structural, architectural, and MEP teams.
- Assist in material planning and site requirement management. Required Skills
- Good knowledge of site execution and billing procedures.
- Ability to read drawings and BOQ.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurement.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities. Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in handling multiple sites/projects is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently.
