• Landscape & Plant Maintenance: Designing, planting, and nurturing gardens, lawns, and green spaces, including pruning, watering, and soil management.
• Team Leadership: Supervising gardeners and maintenance staff, assigning daily tasks, and conducting training.
• Site Management: Ensuring secure and attractive environments for visitors, often managing irrigation systems and tree health.
• Inventory & Budgeting: Procurement of plants, fertilizers, and equipment; tracking materials and managing vendor relationships.
• Pest and Disease Control: Identifying, monitoring, and treating plant health issues using integrated pest management strategies.
• Project Planning: Preparing seasonal planting schedules, landscape designs, and reports on site status.
