How You'll Help Us Connect the World: The Global Corporate Card Program Administrator is responsible for end-to-end administration of the company’s global corporate credit card program and its integration with SAP Concur for expense management. This role ensures effective governance, compliance, operational excellence, and positive employee experience across regions while maintaining strong financial controls.

You Will Make an Impact By:

- Owning and administering the global corporate credit card program, including card issuance, limit management, renewals, cancellations, and exception handling.
- Serving as the primary administrator for SAP Concur expense and card program, configurations, including audit rules, workflows, expense categories, and card feeds.
- Managing daily card feed integrations, reconciliation, and issue resolution between card issuers, SAP Concur, and the ERP system.
- Acting as the primary liaison with card issuers and SAP Concur support teams and managing service issues, disputes, fraud alerts, and escalations.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate T&E; policies, SOX/internal controls, audit requirements, and data privacy standards.
- Providing level two support for employees and approvers and develop training materials, job aids, and communications.
- Preparing and delivering regular reporting and analytics on card usage, compliance, spend trends, and program KPIs.
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation, controls, and user experience. Required Qualifications for Consideration:

- Bachelor's degree in any curriculum
- 5+ years of experience in corporate card, travel & expense, or shared services administration.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering SAP Concur Expense and corporate card feeds.
- Strong understanding of corporate card issuer platforms (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
- Experience supporting SOX-compliant processes, audits, and internal controls.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across global time zones. You Will Excite Us If You:

- Have experience working in a global shared services or Global Capability Center environment.
- Have Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and expense-to-GL integrations.
- Are Familiar with VAT/GST reclaim processes and regional tax considerations.
