Litigation Advocate (Goa)

Litigation Advocate Location: Porvorim, Goa Position: Litigation Advocate Experience reuired: 2–3 years Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience) Role Overview: We are looking for a Litigation Advocate with 2–3 years of experience to handle court matters, drafting, and legal research. The role involves active participation in litigation work and coordination with clients and seniors. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, notices, replies, petitions, and other legal documents.
- Appear before courts, tribunals, and other authorities as required.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case notes, opinions, and briefs.
- Assist in case strategy, documentation, and case file management.
- Coordinate with clients for case-related information and updates. Requirements:
- LL.B. with enrollment as an Advocate.
- 2–3 years of experience in litigation (civil/criminal/commercial as applicable).
- Valuable drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and court dates in a structured manner. Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits:
