Manager - Specification (Goa)

Role: Manager – Specification (Waterproofing) Location: Goa Job Description: 1. Specifications 2. Engage with AIDs and IDs and introduce and secure Pidilite Interior solutions specifications. 3. Ensure Pidilite interior solutions are specified in major projects by effectively demonstrating technical and commercial advantages. 4. Build strong professional relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term specification opportunities in the AID and ID firms 5. Classify accounts as per the relationship index criteria. 6. Specification to Work order Conversions 7. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure specifications translate into confirmed orders and business growth. 8. Provide sales teams with insights on specifications, helping them strategize for higher conversion rates. 9. AID and IDs Outreach 10. Independently conduct technical presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations for AIDs and IDs 11. Achieve desired number of active AID and ID Accounts actively specifying out of total number of Architects handled. 12. Market & Competitive Intelligence 13. Keep track of competitor specifications and analyse trends in AID and ID segment, 14. Identify specification gaps and suggest corrective actions to improve market positioning. 15. Share real-time feedback with reporting seniors for product innovation and competitors refined / new approach with AIDs and IDs 16. Governance 17. Actively participate in internal reviews conducted in the region as per the laid down process. 18. OAAP/MIS to be made and submitted on time and as per index 19. Capability Enhancement 20. Map the projects of assigned influencer accounts and other sources/publications to build a progressive project pipeline. 21. Engage with consultants and end customers to clarify project design needs, recommend suitable products/systems, and create awareness about focus products. 22. Allocate project leads to internal stakeholders for maturing and successful order conversion. 23. Conduct presentations on focus products and differentiated systems to enhance product visibility and awareness. 24. Build strong relationships with assigned influencer accounts through regular engagement and relationship-building initiatives. 25. Monitor consultant preferences, competitors' activities, product trends, and market dynamics. 26. Benchmark products and systems against competitors, identify gaps/superiorities, and work with internal teams to improve the product proposition. 27. Drive recent product rollouts in the market and gather customer feedback to improve offerings. Qualification & Experience:
- BE/B. Tech or Science graduation is must.
- 5-10 Years in business development & specification experience.
