Education & Experience
- Degree: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of dedicated experience in QA/QC functions specifically focused on high-end interior fit-outs.
- Sector Portfolio: Must have a strong history of executing projects within A-Grade Buildings across the Corporate Real Estate, Luxury Retail, or Premium Hotel/Hospitality sectors. Software & Technical Competencies
- AutoCAD: Hands-on proficiency in reading, checking, and navigating complex 2D drawings.
- MS Projects: Solid understanding of project schedules, critical paths, and tracking timelines.

- Material Expertise: Deep knowledge of construction chemicals, woodworks, ceiling systems, glazing systems, and premium stones.Role & responsibilities The QA Manager Civil Fit-out is responsible for establishing, implementing, and monitoring the quality assurance and quality control frameworks across high-end interior and corporate fit-out projects. In this role, you will ensure that all architectural finishes, civil modifications, and interior carpentry meet the absolute highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and brand alignment. This position demands a meticulous qualified with a keen eye for detail, comprehensive knowledge of premium interior materials, and a proven track record of managing fit-out quality in Grade-A commercial or hospitality ecosystems.

- Review and interpret architectural layouts, detailed interior sections, joinery details, and MEP-Civil coordination drawings using AutoCAD to identify potential execution bottlenecks or gaps.
- Validate that site execution plans perfectly match the design intent, material specifications, and structural constraints of A-Grade property guidelines.
- Verify setting-out dimensions on-site against approved drawings to prevent dimensional errors in layout partitioning and premium finishes. 2. On-Site Fit-out Quality Inspection
- Supervise and audit all phases of civil and interior fit-out works including dry-wall partitioning, false ceilings (gypsum, grid, metal), flooring (marble, granite, carpets, vinyl), wall finishes, glazing, and high-end joinery/millwork.
- Inspect incoming materials (veneers, laminates, hardware, stones, paint) to ensure they comply with approved samples, data sheets, and mock-ups.
- Conduct regular quality checks for leveling, alignment, surface finishes, joint lines, and structural stability of fit-out installations. 3. Project Planning, Scheduling & Reporting
- Leverage MS Projects to align QA inspection milestones with the master project schedule, ensuring quality gates do not delay time-sensitive handovers.
- Monitor contractor progress and timelines, highlighting potential delays or quality compromises to project leaders well in advance.
- Utilize MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create detailed daily/weekly quality reports, non-conformance registers (NCR), and performance dashboards for senior leadership. 4. Snagging, Hand-over & Closure
- Lead the final snagging/punch-list process across finished areas, ensuring meticulous attention to detail before handing spaces over to the operations or facilities management teams.
- Ensure all defects and non-conformances are methodically logged, rectified by contractors, and re-inspected for clearance.
