Chief Account Manager (Goa)

Role & responsibilities

To lead the finance department, manage highlevel financial strategy, and ensure total legal and tax compliance for the shipyard/unit. Qualification: Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) or ICWA / CMA. Experience: 15 years & above of postqualification experience, preferably in shipbuilding, infrastructure, or heavy manufacturing. Functional Knowledge:
- Proficiency in financial modeling and budgetary control systems
- Acting as the primary point of contact for statutory, internal, and tax auditors
- Leading the preparation of Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements
- Monitoring projectwise expenditures, especially for longterm vessel construction or engineering contracts
- Managing corporate Income Tax, Deferred Tax, and highvalue GST refunds/assessments
- Managing cash flow, bank limits (LC/BG), and fund optimization
