Electrical Engineer (Goa)

Key Responsibilities 1. Power Supply & Electrical Maintenance
- Ensure continuous power supply to HO & CMDs Bungalow during govt. power failures via existing gensets / UPS.
- Plan and executepreventive and breakdown maintenanceof DG sets, electrical panels, transformers, and allied equipment.
- Maintain service logs, inspection checklists, and compliance records.
- Monitor electrical load distribution and safety standards. 2. HVAC & Energy Efficiency
- Oversee maintenance ofair-conditioning systemsto ensure consistent thermal comfort for employees.
- Track AC breakdown records and response timelines.
- Identifyenergy-saving opportunities and implement efficiency measures.
- Coordinate AMC vendors and technicians. 3. Government Liaison & Infrastructure Approvals
- Liaise with Electricity Department and other government authorities forapproval, clearances, and dispute resolutions.
- Follow up on pending electrical bills, waivers, or compliance matters.
- Maintain approval trackers and documentation for audits and reviews. 4. Asset Support & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Support readiness of company properties/flats from anelectrical compliance and infrastructurestandpoint.
- Assistsales or property teams with technical clarifications, site readiness, and electrical documentation whererequired.
- Ensurestatutory electrical compliance certificates are updated. Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 4-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, facilities management, or infrastructure support.
- Experience in commercial buildings, residential complexes, or institutional facilities preferred.
- Electrical Supervisor license for 440V / 11KV /33KV Key Skills & Competencies
- Solid technical knowledge of electrical systems & DG operations
- HVAC maintenance understanding
- Government liaison and documentation skills
- Vendor and AMC management
- Budget and cost-control awareness
- MS Excel / Reporting toolsproficiency
- Problem-solving and communication skills
