Role Description

This is a full time role for a Special Educator, located in office in Aldona, Goa, India.

The Special

Educator will work directly with neurodiverse individuals, particularly teens, young adults and adults, to deliver specialized education plans tailored to their unique needs.

Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, teaching life and academic skills, collaborating with families and other professionals to track progress, and fostering a supportive learning environment. The educator will also provide guidance on social and communication development, maintaining a focus on inclusivity and skill-building.

Qualifications Experience with Special Education and teaching techniques for neurodiverse individuals Knowledge of disabilities and strategies for supporting neurodiverse individuals Skills in teaching neurodiverse students and adapting lesson plans to meet diverse needs Strong communication skills for interacting with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams Patience, empathy, and a passion for working in inclusive and diverse educational settings Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Special Education, Education, or a related field (relevant certifications preferred) Familiarity with Indian educational regulations and inclusive practices is a plus Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mfsic
